Ankle Sprain
For an acute (recent) ankle sprain, you need an ankle brace that stabilizes and supports the joint, and provides compression, to promote healing and reduce pain. Our braces have no laces, so removing them for regular icing and rehab exercise is quick and easy. They offer straps that can be positioned to provide compression in the best spots for your injury, yet these straps still allow for some movement, such as walking. In the acute phase, you’ll want a support without any rigid pieces touching the swelling.
