Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day.

Next Day Shipping: Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST are considered the following day’s orders.

Day 0: The day you place your order is Day 0 and does not count as a business day towards the shipping timeline as per couriers' rules.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping to Apartments and PO Boxes: Shipping to apartment buildings and PO Boxes is available, but please provide an alternative address if you want to expedite the shipping time. Incomplete address information may result in additional shipping charges.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns under our return policy.
