  • At CanOrtho, we want your purchase to work for you. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (with a few exceptions) allows you ample time to see if the product fits and functions as expected. If you are not completely satisfied within this time frame, you may return the product for a refund of the full purchase price*.

  • Non-returnable items

    Hernia Briefs and Boxers, and undergarment compression products are not returnable.

  • 5-day return policy

    Shoulder immobilizers/slings and off-the-shelf compression socks and stockings must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

    1. Please keep the product, all packaging, and instructions in 'like new' condition.
    2. Return the items in a parcel box for a full refund to the original payment method.
    3. If items are returned without original packaging/instructions, or if they are damaged or not shipped in a secondary box, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from your refund.
    4. Products altered, with missing components, or where product packaging is used as parcel packaging will not be accepted. You will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to send the item back to you. If no response is received within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item.
    5. Bubble wrap, Kraft paper, or bags are insufficient protective packaging.
    6. Shipping fees are not refunded if we delivered the product within the stated time frame.

  • If you request a return within 10 days of receiving your product, we pay the return shipping


  • After 10 days, a flat rate return shipping charge of $19.99 plus HST applies

Please note, outbound shipping fees are not refunded if the item was delivered within the stated timeframe. Express shipping fees are not refunded for returns or exchanges.

  • How to Return:

    1. Send your request to advice@canortho.com to initiate the return process.
    2. Provide your order number or the name associated with the order for faster processing.
    3. Follow the instructions provided to complete your return quickly and easily.
    4. Authorized items must be dropped off at Canada Post by the return deadline to be eligible for a refund.

  • Important note regarding insurance reimbursement

    To prevent insurance fraud, if we provide documentation for insurance reimbursement and you subsequently request a cancellation, refund, or return (in whole or in part), we reserve the right to request documentation (or other communication) from you and/or your insurer to verify the status of your claim before processing your refund(s). If we suspect abuse of our return and refund policies, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted at our discretion.

  • Exchanges - Advice Included

    CanOrtho is committed to a low-risk online shopping experience. If you need a different size or product, we've got you covered. Exchanges are handled as returns: contact us, and we will assist you in finding a better size or product and help you initiate your return and place a new order (standard shipping rates apply).

  • How to Exchange

    • Email returns@canortho.com to request a return.
    • We will assist you in placing a new order and cover return shipping fees if the request is made within 10 days of receiving your product.
    • After 10 days, a flat rate return shipping charge of $19.99 plus HST applies.

  • Warranty Concerns

    All items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are listed on each product page. For any concerns or warranty issues, email us at warranty@canortho.com, and we will handle everything for you.

  • Backordered Items

    CanOrtho strives to keep all items in stock, but sometimes demand exceeds supply. If a product is on backorder, we will contact you with an updated ETA, an alternate item, or a refund offer. If you choose to keep your order, you will be first in line for incoming inventory, and your backordered products will be shipped as soon as possible, with email updates provided along the way.
