If we consider a person who is 165 cm tall and weighs 60 kilograms, then we calculate as follows:

  1. We find the corresponding height on the column at the left of the table. In this case 165 cm is a height between 163 and 168 cm
  2. We look for the corresponding weight in kg on the top of the table. In this case we consider the box between 57 and 62 kg
