Our remarkably sheer thigh highs offer the best of both worlds. Sheer leg with pretty lace trim. A soft, stretch silicone band keeps them comfortably in place. 18/21 mmHg graduated compression intended for medical purposes to prevent the pooling of blood in the legs. Anti-stress sole keeps feet feeling great, too. Great for any occasion. Hand wash with neutral detergent the stockings to prevent harm to the silicone band.
